Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply when booking with AWOL Adventures Ltd – please read careful so there is no misunderstanding regarding your booking.
Where payment is required for any of the conditions below these charges will be withdrawn from the credit card supplied to make the booking or in the case of group bookings invoiced to the organisation.
Bookings 1 – 9 people
- Cancellation within 24 hours of your trip starting – Full payment will be charged.
- No show on the day – Full payment will be charged.
- If there is a decrease in numbers in your booking within the 24 hour period – You will be charged for numbers booked before that 24 hour period.
- If the weather is not suitable for your booking and AWOL Adventures Ltd has made the decision to cancel your trip before the trip starts – No charge is applied.
- If AWOL Adventures Ltd doesn’t reach minimum numbers for a trip to go ahead (four people) on the day that you have booked – No charge is applied.
- If we are fully booked and you book through another booking agent without verifying that we have space available then we cannot accept your booking.
- Current prices are as per our website. Pricing seen on agents websites if different from ours could be old pricing. Agents must keep their pricing up to date for their vouchers to be accepted.
- Gift vouchers – non transferable and non refundable.
- Cancellations by clients may incur a small fee to cover banking fees – this will be be deducted from the refund amount.
Group bookings of 10+ people
- Cancellation within 48 hours of your trip starting – Full payment will be charged.
- Otherwise all the same conditions as 1-9 people.
